For some reason, I’ve been picking dishes that can be used as topping for the variation basic noodle soup recipe. This one is using leftover stir-fried oyster and shiitake mushrooms with garlic as the topping. The mixed mushroom didn’t have a strong flavor as the braised meat dishes. It’s more like just adding some juicy and meaty mushroom to a bowl of noodle soup. I still enjoyed the simple dish though.
